
Kyla is a dedicated and passionate practitioner of Chinese Medicine. She has been working in acupuncture clinics since 2006 and in clinical practice for 14 years. Kyla believes in creating dynamic partnerships with patients to ensure they benefit from acupuncture and Chinese medicine in their health journey.
Kyla graduated from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Master’s of Science in Chinese Medicine. She is a board certified diplomate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine(NCCAOM) and is a board certified, licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in the state of Colorado. Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, Kyla studied integrative medicine and nutrition sciences at Metropolitan State College of Denver. She has an extensive background in western and holistic nutrition, spanning over 20 years, of personal and professional training. Kyla is a lifelong artist, she has a history in the fine arts, and being an acupuncturist has become another extension of her creativity.

She has practiced in many clinical settings over the years, including: multi-disciplinary integrative clinics, private practice, reproductive fertility centers, community clinics, and currently works at the Colorado Chinese Medicine University as a clinical supervisor and skills assessment educator.

Kyla believes that the beauty of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture lies in its simplicity and power to gently guide us back to trusting our bodies’ healing capabilities. Her mission as a practitioner of Chinese Medicine is to educate, empower and inspire her patients to not only be free of symptoms but to live a healthy, fulfilling, and empowered life. Kyla is dedicated to providing personalized, effective, and compassionate care to each patient she meets.
Kyla specializes in women's health, autoimmune disorders, pain disorders, and hormonal balance. She works with and has experience treating a multitude of health related issues, ranging from pain to mental-emotional issues such as depression and anxiety, neurological, degenerative diseases, digestive disorders, addiction recovery, as well as overall stress reduction.
